We sent some time yesterday with our nephew, his wife and families. Very hard but I'm glad we went. His wife is amazing, just so brave. Both our nephew and his brothers wanted to know where our girls were (as they all grew up together and had a lot to do with each other) to be truthful neither of our daughters felt they could go, but I've since spoken to them and now they both are going to give support in the weekend.

Our tenant - she paid - but no money last night and she promised (again) it would be in our account this morning, it wasn't, so after a couple of phone calls she went down and paid MM - phew!! The house was reasonably tidy, a bit tireder but still clean and tidy (apart from the stain in the carpet and a badly replaced door) so we were pleased. Lots of work to do on the section so guess what we will be up to this weekend (if it ever stops raining) Now we have to start again and find someone else.....

The rain - well our farm has a creek going through it - this now resembles a lake!!

I met up with Devin and we had lunch and then off to the science museum, he loved it. He cracks me up, he was working away on at something there, and a little boy came up and told him he wasn't doing it right. Devin looked at him and asked how old he was. He replied - seven and a half, Devin replied "well Í'm just 5" as if that gave him the right to not know what to do.

Better go and get some work done.
