A loss is a loss......

Well you are probably going to tell me - a loss is a loss! All 200 grams of it....

I was hoping to have done better than that, guess I have to work a lot harder if I want results. Simple really, either the energy has to increase - or the food intake decrease, or a bit of both!!!

We have piles of veges from our market shop in the weekend, last night for dinner we had trim pork steaks, pumpkin, carrots and parsnips mashed, broccoli, I also had a small piece of kumera (which I love) and MM had potatoes (which I can leave). I've have made sure that I have plenty of point friendly goodies on hand to snack on. The water bottle is out and the exercise gear and I'm off to start another week.

200 grams down:(

Oh, you have such a good attitude. It's so hard when one really hasn't been eating badly... though perhaps not quite as little as a supermodel... and still that weight clings on or even increases. Much sympathy and admiration coming your way.

I know, 200 grams can be a disappointing number sometimes. But it's in the right directions and you KNOW you can lose again this week.

Hang in there Anne at least the 200g was in the right direction.

200gms is nearly half a thing of butter - and just think, there is no WAY you'd eat that much butter, lol, so it's great that it's come off!!
