This sounds a bit like a confession....

This sounds a bit like a confession.... It has been 10 months since I last weighed in at WW! My theory was to lose the excess Christmas and holiday weight I had gained, but instead I was burying my head in the sand and heading on upwards!! Today I went back, weighed and stayed for the meeting. The result - weighed in at 74 k's. (Heavier scales than mine at home) I thought it would be around 75 so while not happy it was better than I thought. Funny but was quite a hard thing to do, face up to the weigh in and have the gain recorded. It's done now,so it's behind me and I start once more!!

I'm going to give No Count a try and have just had a bit of a read up on it while having lunch to get my head around it. May be a couple of days until I get started, as want to use up the last of the WW cereal that I have and also to stock up on veges and fruit and be well prepared, so until then I will count points. It felt good sitting in on a meeting again. For me this is the only way I have successfully lost weight. I help at meetings but have missed the support the meetings give. Chris H was at the meeting and had interesting views on Water v Diet Coke:) Had to laugh and she really had a point. I don't mind water though so will stick with that. Good to be able to met up for a coffee and a chat afterwards as well.

Thursday and Pilates - um - well I have the perfect excuse why I didn't get there!! I was so organised, had a mat in the car, got into trackpants and t-shirt all ready to go, had a water bottle and the right money for the class, - headed out to the car and couldn't find my glasses! I can't drive without them, not allowed to! You wouldn't want to be on the road if I attempted it either - so I upturned the house, checked the office and then did the re-trace back to when I last wore them (the night before when we went out for Fynn's birthday) and there they were sitting on the back seat! (We took Devin and his car seat was in the front so I jumped in the back and left the glasses sitting there) By this time the class would have been half way over, also in the search for the glasses I had passed my exercycle a few times - so I did my stretches and jumped on the bike, then I did some swiss ball work and then out came the fit strip. So why did I think I needed pilates, I've got enough gear here to start a mini fitness centre!! I went off to aqua jogging that night as well which is the one exercise that my legs can handle with no problems. So my plan for Thursday didn't happen. I also had a call from a friend and we arranged to met up for lunch. I thought before I went would get my UCOL work out for th next class on Friday, and just happned to notice my test is on Monday!!!! Hell! The other two tests have been on a Friday and I thought I had another week up my sleeve, so Thursday afternoon I sat at UCOL and worked away. We did a practise test on Friday which threw me, there is still quite a bit I need to know!! I've never worked with Access before and it just doesn't seem to be very user friendly. I also find it fiddly. My brains turn to mush!! I plan to go back to UCOL tomorrow and work away - what a way to spend a Sunday:(

When I came back from WW - I got stuck into our wilderness we call a garden. We have about an acre of yard which when we first moved here I had visions of haveing a beautiful garden, doesn't happen when neither of us actually like gardening. I was hoping Peter would feel sorry for me and come and join me - and he did!! A coupel of hours out there and it's looking heaps better. I'm going back into town again to get a few platns to fill in some gaps, also some herbs for the big pot on the decking.

Back to the garden - have a great weekend and think of me on Monday with my mushy brains!

It does sound like you have enough equipment there to start your own fitness centre! LOL But nothing beats aqua! I was going to do aqua once I finished work but two weeks later I still haven't made it to the pool! Perhaps I should try this week and maybe that will get the baby moving! LOL
I am sure you will be just fine with the test on Monday - will be hanging out waiting to hear how you got on!
Have a good weekend.

Good on you for weighing in today when you knew that it would be a gain. It's so easy to put it off until you know it will show a loss, but that often means never going back... so well done!

I'm not much of an Access fan, either, but it is good if you're using really big databases. I can usually do everything I need on Excel.
Good on you for weighing in!
