Reasons to smile today....
It's sunny!
It's not windy!
We are going away for the long weekend with various family members. If the weather stays nice the men may get some pauas, and maybe even a crayfish. If it turns to custard I have a good book:-) Maybe a game or two of Cranium is an idea as well.
Our daughter is still coming over to the beach, yesterday Casey was not well and it looked as if they may not make it. All better today:-)
The computer is still going (just) all backed up and ready to go in for repairs Tuesday.
The scales have being doing a bit of a yo-yo but this morning I was 600 grams lighter than last week. 71 on the home scales, so close to being a 60's woman!! (Scales are lighter than WW)
Birthday present for the two grandsons all bought and wrapped. The birthdays are during the week. We come home early on Monday for Fynn's fifth birthday party. Devin is having a couple of friends on Saturday, and on Tuesday his actual birthday it looks as if we are having dinner with them. Fynn is hilarious - when asked what he wanted for a present his list was:
Handcuffs
Padlocks
Head phones
Cell phone
Magnets
Camera
Wonder what he will be when he grows up! He's not into transformers like his older brother and cousin. He had his first morning at school yesterday and didn't appear traumatised at all.
Of for an eyelash tint shortly, grab a few more groceries and then home and head away sometime in the afternoon. We always plan to leave early but this time it looks as if will actually happen!! I'm packed, washing done, house tidyish.

Sounds like there might only be you to catch up with in Palmie in December - will have to round Chris up in Auckland.
