That's commitment!!
It's a holiday here today. 8.40am I jumped out of bed and quickly got ready and went of to the pool! That's commitment!! Our bed was cosy and I had just started a good book that I didn't want to put down. A couple of us last night talked about meeting for an unofficial aqua class this morning. The water was beautiful as they had just taken the covers of, so easy to get into. There were three of us and we jogged around for about an hour. It's one of those perfect days here. Not sure what we are up to for the rest of the day. Some work in the garden is much needed but we will see. I'm feeling good - one session in the pool done this morning and also a bottle of water drunk. Now of for a cup of tea. All those who have a day of today - ENJOY!

Too nice today to be in the garden - so instead we went for a drive. We had a lovely lunch at the Br0wn Sugar Cafe at Otaki, then drove onto to visit Beth my sister. On the way home we stopped at one of the road stalls and bought piles of veges and fruit. Home six hours later.

Now that is commitment!! I still can't bring myself to do aqua classes. I think it's the whole thing of togs = humiliation. Don't wanna go there just yet. Good on you for getting out there and just doing it!
