Friday

The past week work has been - hmmm challenging......... lots if hiccups, issues, I think we are winning though. TGIF!! On the plus side even though work is not going smoothly, I'm feeling really pelased with the 600 grams done over the last couple of weeks. I keep reminding myself how these small losses add up. Was lovely to take a break in the middle of the day yesterday and have lunch with my friend for her birthday. Meant I was quite behind so worked in the office until 6.30pm and raced into town for kebabs for dinner. Just a medium one for me, with no sauces apart from some garlic yoghurt - very tasty!! So no gym, no aqua - but today I accomplished - 1 gym session, 1 aqua session! Feels great to complete that. The pool was lot warmer too:-)

Home gyms - as time always seems to be my downfall, I have been toying of idea of a home gym, today I asked the aqua instructor - she said that they are excellent (for hanging clothes on!!!). I suppose it all depends on how much discipline people have, something fo me to keep thinking about. My idea is to ''borrow'' my exercycle back from my daughter, work on that and then do weights, swiss ball work. I may just keep my eyes open.

Tomorrow, coffee with Chris, Janene and Chris D. After that - we have something planned - can't say yet - but will fill you in after it happens!!

Have to race and pick up the talkative grandson from school. Have a great weekend.

I too have had a wonderful week, it was neat to see you today (saturday) after not expecting you to turn up! A home gym is a good idea if time is your problem.. don't listen to "C" from the gym, she is always critical of anything that does not involve you going to her classes! I kid you not! I have never met a more negative woman when it comes to "other" ideas, she even critisized me going to pump/step/boxing classes.. and they are fantastic workouts! Anyway, hope you had a fantastic time at lunchtime. later chick.

I hired a treadmill for a year and ended up just looking at it... but then there are others that use their exercise equipment heaps... depends on the person aye.

I hgave treadmill for winter time have just dusted it off today in prep for not getting out in fresh air...I am always aware of NOT hanging clothes in it But in reality it is very bulky takes up a power of room and I really use it very expencive. How about some up beat videos The turbo jam is pumping (well it was the once I used it hehehe) I am sure u will find what suits u best.
