Other things......
I still feel not that great - but on the good side, the cold is not getting worse!
My steps yesterday ended up 7549 - which I was pleased with as I didn't actually go for a walk.
Today - my plan is a Nana nap - seriously. It's the one thing I had in the back of my mind when I struggled up this morning was after lunch I may just lie down for half an hour or so with a book - luxury! Knowing me though it probably won't happen. Sounds good though.
The one thing about not being well is that I don't feel like exercise - the other thing which counteracts that is I don't feel like eating!
And the Cup choice - Did I pick on form or knowledge - no! I go purely on a name that appeals. Our son-in-law will be reading everything he can find before he makes his choice - will be interesting to see how we get on!

If I could do an aqua class I'd be fine, but I'm not allowed to even do that! Too much sideways pressure on the knee. It's strictly aquajogging only, which explains why I get so bored!
Oh Anne, I think I will join you in that "nana nap"! I am getting knackered having to do it all around here, with Stew outta action. Hope you feel better soon.

Hope you are feeling better soon, a nana nap sounds like pure luxury (hope you got it in).
I also had number 8 (Activate or something) in the work sweep (came 8th.....bugger) and I got hubby to put a bet on number 7 for me, just because I like that number......again nothing.
