****** UPDATE ******

Just logged onto the UCOL site and I passed the last test - 82%! Now for the theory and a bit of time to study ........

Also keeping a close eye on Karen's site, hopefully not long now until that little girl arrives!!

Thanks for your comments about the garden. Just as well you didn't look too close as it still needs a lot of weeding! I'm aiming for another day out there this weekend, and I really did find a few forgotten muscles after the last effort. All incidental exercise. And no - I'm not into gardening, a gardener would be a god-send!

Past couple of days have been busy, tests, month end and so on. So far it's been a good week for me, feeling a lot more positive and I'm hoping for a good result at weigh as I've really tried!! Well not even a good result - a result would be enough!

So far this week - three aqua aerobics, one aqua jogging, one 20 minute walk. My calf muscles are still tight (very) but working on that by making sure I do the stretches given to me by the physio. The sooner they are back to normal - the sooner I can exercise a bit more. Tomorrow will work here with the exercyle and swiss ball and if my daughter feels like a swim we will head into town and I'll do another aqua class tomorrow night.

I took the plunge yesterday and went back and got acrylic nails back on! I did try and grow my nails after getting the acrylics off, and after about four months of horrible flaky, peeling nails I gave in. I love them - and I think they'll be staying a while. Got to do these things to make us feel good!!

And men! They make me wonder - well my one does. My friend phoned to see how I got on in my test, I was out at the time. Peter told her it wasn't an important one as only worth 8% towards the total - at least he must have listened to something as the next part is 8% - but the one I just did was worth 20% towards the total mark. Also when I had the acrylic nails last time, he didn't really like them, well so he said -LOL this time he hasn't noticed!

I met up with an old work friend for lunch today - (we kept saying we must do this and finally got our act together!) We plan another one before Christmas. This friend has always been a really supportive one, and the one thing she comments on is that I'm lucky I have found an exercise I love. I've sort of realise this and for that reason will keep going to aqua, (but still aiming to for other varities of exercise.) As I found out even a few hours in the garden is all exercise. Also even with aqua there are aerobics, jogging and kick boxing so I'm making sure I jumble them up a bit to get variety in the water as well. Anything is better than sitting on my backside which is what I did for years!

Catch you later:)

Lol @ the garden being full of weeds - I wouldn't be able to tell which are the weeds!

Well done on passing your test!
