Today.....

- Jordyn our grandson is of to hospital to have grommets inserted in his ears (to help with ear infections and hearing problems) he insists he's not going but he is! I popped down to see him this morning - he was hungry but not allowed to eat. Still does not look happy at the hospital visit! This little boy has had quite a few visits in the past, including three operations to remove a birthmark on his face, visits and stays for asthma and croup attacks so I don't really blame him!

- I updated my CV and almost applied for a job. Reason being our big customer has amalgamated with another company and our contract is up for renewal end of next month. I'm being prepared in case we don't get the contract again which will mean I'm not really needed here and will job hunt. CV was already to go, letter typed but I couldn't quite press the send button. I kind of like my life now! A bit of office work, a bit of gardening, friends and a daily session (sometimes two) of aqua. Peter has told me not to panic and wait and see - and I think I will!

- Loss of another 200 grams - not much but far better than heading in the other direction - so I'm happy. I'm more in a routine now with exercise and better eating habits so confident of a downward trend - no matter how small I will take it!

- This afternoon - visiting a friend who has had an op on her knee and while I'm in the neighbourhood I hope to catch up with Izzy (Chris H's beautiful dog). We are 'adopting' her on Saturday. Looking forward to our new addition.

- Then will pop back down to see Jordyn.

- Going to buy fresh salmon for dinner tonight. Love it and haven't had any since Christmas. So some nice fresh salmon and salad for dinner:-)

- Aqua class at 5.00pm, hoping the second class at 6.00pm will be in the dive pool (outside) as well, if so I will do two in a row. Pile on the sun block, sun glasses and of I go!

- Don't think I've got time to job hunt!!!

Oh stuff the job mate, you don't need to go cramping up your time now! You have far to much fun to have! And you have got to spend lots of time with Izzy soon, she will need you! Was lovely to see you this afternoon. See you Saturday.

Love the attitude!! Relaxingly in control!

Jordyn will be fine with the op. My boy had the same one 18mths ago and it didn't hurt at all he reckoned, and over with real quick.

WELL DONE on losing 200gm.

I'm sure Izzy will love being with you. After seeing the pics on Chris's blog she certainly looked happy with you and your dog.
